What every turnover includes

Kitchen

Counters sanitized, sink scrubbed, appliance exteriors wiped, dishes checked, stovetop cleaned and floors mopped.

Bathrooms

Toilet, sink and shower or tub scrubbed, mirrors polished, fresh towels folded and placed, floors cleaned and surfaces sanitized.

Living Areas

Surfaces dusted and wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, cushions straightened and common areas refreshed and tidied.

Bedrooms

Beds made with fresh linens, surfaces dusted, floors cleaned and the room staged so it looks great for incoming guests. If laundry needs to be done and time allows within the clean, we can get a cycle going.

Linen changes and laundry can be accommodated depending on the length of the clean. Restocking of supplies can also be discussed when you get in touch.
