Michaela Owner and Service Manager Mika has 12 years of professional experience managing various cleaning businesses in the United States and in Norway. Her international experience inspired her to open her own business here in the heart of Vancouver in 2013. Mika’s background in multinational cleaning management in conjunction with her educational background in business development and business administration, as well as with her strong Central European heritage creates the finest combination for providing Vancouver and Whistler with outstanding residential and commercial cleaning services.
Juliana Operations Manager Originally form Argentina, Juliana is loved by many of our customers for her high quality work and her attention to detail. A professional musician on the side, Juliana has a magic touch that helps our cleaning service shine. Besides her passion for cleaning and music, Juliana has had a diverse professional background. Before moving to Canada, she studied Law and spent four years working as a Senior Lawyer specializing in labor law for a risk insurance company in Cordoba, Argentina. Over the past year she has been working as a Senior Manager for Wicked-Good Cleaning where her focus has predominately been managing the cleaning crews for residential cleaning and performing quality control. With Juliana’s strong decision making and interpersonal communication skills, it quickly became apparent that her abilities were more suited in a leadership role. She is now the Operations Manager of Wicked-Good Cleaning and remains a valuable member of our team.
